Default motor prep for turbo install

i got a d16y8, and i have a mean *** turbo setup waiting for install... and the BUILT motor i was planning on buying may fall through so i have a few questions about my current motor and what i should do / get done to make it handle the 230-240 (butt dyno) whp it "should" be pushing

current engine condition::
-118,xxx miles on it
-small oil leak coming from trannysde (like 2 drops after i shut it off after i drive for a while, any suggestions on which gasket / seal its coming from would be tight)
-just recently aquired a TINY tick
-burns a small ammount of oil when i redline shift and drive the car extremely hard (blue puff of smoke when i shift at 7200 then its fine)

other than that stupid junk its fine, but this is my dd so i cant just sentance it to death lol, i need to do the best i can to make sure its gonna be ok for at least 5-6 mo

what im doing to it for sure to releive a little stress and keep the grime down
-arp headstuds
-greddy catch can
-nrg engine damper

what i was thinking:
-get a gasket set and just tear into the motor and replace EVERYTHING

and thats it lol...

anybody got any other suggestions on what i could / should do to prep this mildly abused but still good running y8? (besides afantastic tune, i got that covered)

heres the link to my super pimpin turbo build, so you know what type of punishment this motor will take if my other motor falls through (and pray that it wont, i havent been able to get a hold of him for a week )
