Default Honda Civic turbo

HI I own a 1996 Honda Civic HX SOHC 1.6. I have a Garrett turbo, HKS headers, Apex-i bow off valve, and custom exhaust. What should
I get next? do not have an intercooler, how important is it, I do not want to put too much stress on my engine untll I have upgraded the fuel system. Thanks forreading this.

if your air is running too hot it could damage the spark plugs and/or burst your piping. one drawback of an intercooler tho is that it drops the pressure...seeing as cooler air is less dense then hot air.

How fast 0-60 would you expect a Honda Civic like mine to be without intercooler?

But even if the pressure is dropped it doesn't matter. Then whole point is to get the most air in the chamber. Cooler air has more air particles per inch so even if the pressure drops there is more air in it. And on the sites where it says add on a intercooler they say that it adds about 35 hp. I do not know how accurate this is. Anyways, Welcome to the Boards!

i would get some colder running plugs and get the front mount intercooler and you should see a pretty good difference in power....

most quick class cars in the SCCA have intercoolers that dwarf the radiator
