the Air Fuel was 16-18.5 reading..

Jesus Christ, STOP TRYING TO BOOST IT!

Get rid of the emanage, get a chipped P28, and get it tuned.

Then, when you blow up the engine after not listening to me, you can donate that GT35R to my told you so fund.

Why whats wrong with Greddy emanage? p28 chipped? Any website you can reccommend where i can get your p28 chipped...

Do you know why that Bup bup bup sound is coming? What is the reason behind it? is it a Timing? Fueling? Piping? problem ...

Here I'll give you an idea of how bad this is... it is dangerous to IDLE at anything above 15. Full boost should be 12:1-11:5. Honestly, if you haven't already destroyed the engine it's a miracle, I would seriously do a compression and leakdown test on that thing to make sure you haven't wrecked the internals. Hopefully it will check out.

The emanage is ok for low boost small turbo applications who still are using stock injectors. It won't allow you to idle larger injectors nor will it obviously allow the copious amounts of fuel a GT35R is going to put through your engine. You do realize that a GT35R at 10psi on a well tuned B16 should put down no less than 320+whp?

www.j-k-tuning.com, you will need a P28 ECU chipped with crome (get the .zif socket too) and an OBD2B to OBD1 conversion harness, then you'll need to take it to someone who can tune Crome correctly for your application.

Do NOT boost your car until you get this done. 16:1 is suicide for a boosted car, and it's why the car sounds like it does.

Ok,

Goshhh... I will 1st have a compression test done today itself.. Also when car is idle the A/r reading is 13:3 ...

Will a HONDATA do the job? Bcoz I have a Hondata 300 series with me or Should I buy the HONDATA S300 Ready p28 ecu from J-k-tuning.com ? Is it different from J-k-tuning.com

My injectors at RC 750 CC saturated.

Do you think if i shift to a GT28R, will the bup bup soundstop? How well will the Gt28r perform say at 10 PSI well tuned? Please let me know on this too.. How much WHP can you make from a GT28r a/r 60

If you have the Hondata you will still need a virgin P28 ECU and the conversion harness, it just won't be chipped. Hondata will work great as long as you get it tuned by someone who knows what they're doing. John's Hondata ready P28 will work fine but make sure you get the OBD2B - OBD1 conversion harness.

Switching to the GT28R will not make the sounds go away, the problem is the emanage cannot support the injectors and therefore is not adding enough fuel during boost.

Hi,If i put a GT2840 R, and do the same piping size.. You think I will spool a little quicker..Coz thisGT35 is spooling at5000 rpm..and I dont like that..

Also can the GT2840 R give me 300 HP.. I dont want to exceeed more than 300 HP.. BUt i also want to make use that I am not using 100% of the turbo to make 300 HP... It should be that 70% of Turbo use = 300 hp with fine tuning..Okay HONDATA is what i am going to get.. Greddy sucks, thats wat many people have told me now.. soI will get the Hondata S300 and P28 Ecu... Please let me know.Thanks.

Rahul
TheECU which you are using is OBD1 P30 JDM ECU chipped with Mugen race programme & over it karan is using Greddy emanage to control fuel & no control over ignition, that will not work with your setup, that map especially ignition timings are for NA setup so when you boost the timing curve are way off the mark,
you ignition timing should be on conservative side at the begining, with 16-18 afr your engine will not last & you are lucky your engine survived that abuse cause you have build the bottom half already but dont take any more risk on your engine.it can be still destroyed with bad tune in couple of seconds.
I am no more associated with karan & i am doing my turbo setup on my own, let me know if i could be of any help.
