headers will not work with a turbo. but you should be alright if you add a turbo and keep it at low boost. if you want to get into higher boost say over 10 psi then you are going to have to get forged pistons and aftermarket rods.

i have to get a window tag every year but all they seem to check is the lights and wipers.

 

what are you going to do for a cyp sensor? obd1 blocks dont have them(there in the distributor) obd2 blocks have them mounted to the oil pump.

 

I`m not sure. Can some one answer that?

You can pull a B16a2 out of a 99-00 si also. I have one stock in my 99 si, and its nasty. I love it!
