Default Bigger throttle bodies for boosted engines

Does anyone know if you need to get larger diameter charge piping to match up to the throttle body? I'm looking at a 70mm OmniPower TB and was wondering if my current charge piping will work or what is the best way to see the most gains?

70mm tb is alittle to big for a sohc, but the piping is fine

too big for a boosted d with a bigger cam?

I'd say 70mm should be fine. Actually, I'd recommend getting an aftermarket intake manifold while you're at it.
