Default Prices rising?

I recently talked to someone who told me that all JDM motors will be rising in price at least 300-500 dollars more? does anyone know if this is true?

K well in response to what ruined my block, i was driving and i heard a ticking noise when i would accelerate, so i got out and checked the seal where the head and the block are and I saw that it was spitting out coolant or something, because the place I had all my work done had put in the wrong head bolts. So i had some other place work on it and they had to heli coil the block or something like that, and the same thing happened again where the head and block didnt stay connected. So i lost like 1600 dollars trying to fix the problem and now i just need to get a new block. Although if the block was retapped with the right bolts im sure it would still work but i dont want to risk it, id rather just buy a new engine.

How much better is a h22 than a b16 ? i really dont have all that much money to stick back into my car at the moment or else i would love to turbo it. So again where would be a good place to buy a b16 block at or even a h22 if that is better?

thanks for your help

well if u wanne go turbo the b16 u got is a real good base motor so dont spend all the money on a h22(prelute motor) and just go 2 your local tuner shop they probebly can get a good one for about 2000-3000
but if i was u go whit the big boy and go whit the b18b if u gonne put a turbo on it
