Well, if it's a '90, it's a B18A1.

How much do you wanna spend? You can buy aftermarket connecting rods anywhere from $400-$1600 a set.

I only got 300 buck in the car now. I want to send about 500- 600 on parts in the block.

I looked for some pistons and rods quickly on the internet. I found some Eagle connecting rods for $360 for the set. I found some Arias pistons for $500. That brings you to $860 and you still need piston rings (which run about $200 i believe). If you are set on spending $600 you might have to run stock pistons and rods. Consider the fact that you will have to get the block machined so that the new pistons and connecting rods will be able to go in. How much power do you want to make when all is said and done.

I believe Jegs and Summit both sell pistons and other internal engine components. If all you are looking for is ~200HP and you are going to rebuild the engine for sure, go for high compression. However, if you go high compression you will have to run premium fuel all the time (you would prolly have to do this for a turbo set up as well). You could make more HP if you wanted, like getting cams, a valve job, p&p, bigger TB and intakes, etc. Google is your friend when looking for parts, but don't buy them from anyone. I would def check with one of our sponsers to see if they can get you the parts and for how much.
