Well Hi guys,
I just recently converted to the dark side as of yesterday.

I have been a mustang guy my whole life (29) and I just traded in my cherry 2006 Mustang GT for a 2009 Honda Civic Si Alabaster Silver.

I have had 6 mustangs and have no clue about these cars.

All I know is I took the entrance to my neighborhood (no houses or people for awhile) at
40 mph and it had no issues! I love this car! I love the way it rides nice and quite, the interior, my ipod hook up, and its "peppy"

N E ways, I don't plan on doing much to this car but was curious about a cold air intake. I understand there are 2 that are tunable? Does that mean like a hand held tuner like my mustang or like I have to dyno after....I am Lost here guys.

I need a intro to Honda performance.

 

welcome to the forum, ive had a few mustangs in my past too. just research on 2006-2009 si's lots of aftermarket for them.

hello welcome i also went to the darkside i had a cherry red 67 convertible firebird fully built and sold it and bought me a honda and have only had honda's since

Yeah, Something's definitely wrong with you... If I had that car there would be NO way I would sell it for a Honda, unless it was an NSX. Don't get me wrong I love my Civic, but a mint, built Firebird > 98% of Hondas any day.

To the OP: Welcome to the forum! Very nice trade! It must be nice to get good gas mileage, be quick, and actually have handling now right?

welcome to the darkside lol i used to drive 2 fieros and 2 lifted dodge rams then bought a civic now ive got 2 civics an eclipse and a cbr600 what a change!

 

i had a 82 scirocco, 90 corrado, 86 s10 blazer, 95 astrovan, a 92 civic and my current 97 civic...dont think i would jump into anything other than a honda at this point...
