Default Wiring problem!

I just purchased a 94 civic ex with a manual to automatic swap and an engine swap. The wiring in the car is pretty bad, but i was installing a sound system and after re doing all connections to the stock radio harness it stopped powering my head unit. The cigarette lighter jack still has power and the fuse is in good shape. Checked the entire wire harness and nothing is interrupted. I just can't figure it out. PLEASE HELP ME ANYONE!

There are two fuses involved with the radio. Check for a blown "BACK UP" fuse under the hood, it supplies power to the constant on circuit for the radio. This circuit is the white/blue stripe wire in the harness which should meet the yellow wire from the head unit.
