My wipers stopped working a few days ago, I was spraying fluid on the window and the wipers didn't turn on, so I tried to turn them on but they didn't turn on until the fastest setting, any ideas on fixing this? The problem with the lights is that when ever the door is open with the lights on and the key out of the ignition, the light reminder doesn't buzz anymore, it's a 98 civic lx and that came stock. any advice would help, thanks
