Default Wiper Issue

So today I was driving my 1998 Civic EX and it was raining. My wipers worked fine. I parked the car was out of it for maybe 20 min. Got back in and the wipers no longer work. I have not heard anything sounding funny nor has it ever given a bit of problems before. I got home checked the fuse and it was fine. I can't find any info as to if there is a relay for the wipers in the manual or online. Anyone had a problem like this??

Double check 20A dash fuse 26. Also check whether battery voltage reaches the wiper motor connector.

There's no wiper relay.

Does the washer still work? That would prove the system is getting power from the fuse, it's all on one fuse. If the washer is OK leave key on, turn the switch on, go under the hood and bang on the motor. If motor stutters / starts then, it's a worn out motor, replace it.
