I got myself a 00' Civic LX recently and i turned on my windshield wipers and it wouldnt stop after i switched it to the off mode, the only way to make it stop is holding the **** at the sweet spot. So for right now i got a rubberband tied to it holding it at the "sweet spot" until i can figure out how to fix it. Any suggestions on wat i can do???
