okay well in my sisters civic, she just bought it the srs and the windshield water thing lights are lite up. ive up windshield washer in there but the light doesnt go away? is there something i must do to get rid of this?

 

for the srs light, on hondas that has to be turned off using a factory scan tool. So if you know anyone that has one get them to do it, if not you are going to have to go to a dealership.

not really sure about the windshield washer thing, but there is a maintainence required reset that is worth a shot. it is actually in the manual for the car, but if you dont have it anymore heres what you do:

Hold down the trip meter button, turn the ignition on (dont crank the engine), wait about 20 seconds, start the car, and let go of the button.
