Unhappy Windows. Please need help!

Okay first of all.. its a 96 civic ex i bought this from a guy who just completely like took really poor care of his car. but bought it for a good price.

well there were a few things wrong with that car that im slowly putting back together.

the windows did not work.
i took the windows out put new motors and mounts in both sides but both still do not work. i checked the fuses before i bought the motors and everything seemed fine.
then i got my tester out 2 see if the wires had power the whole left side of the car has no power the speakers dont work nor do the mirrors. but the mirror works on the other side and so does the speakers. i tested the speakers and everything, also both fuse boxes.

i have to same problem with the other side window... it dose not work either. why would everything just stop all together? the sunroof does not work and the cruise control.. that i just found out today..

so if anyone has any suggestions please throw them out there

windows on the left and right do not work
notthing on the left side door works.

need help because my ac dont work anymore needs a new A/C Compressor.

thanks guys.

check the wiring in the door jam make sure it looks ok.. you might have a bad switch on the driver door.

Yes the wires can break in between the body and the door because they flex every time the door is opened. The wires may even look OK on the outside but the copper inside is broken. Or maybe the car got in a crash requiring door replacement and someone didn't redo the wires properly.

I think there is also a window control unit under the dash.

well i think that could be it, because my left speaker turns off when i open my door half way.. then all the way out it comes back on

witch was odd when that that happened... lol i think it was once wrecked on the right front side... i see a ****ty bondo job on the front right side but the rest of the car looks fine.

is there a major wiring box or anything on the front right side? or something that could have messed with the windows?

there is a switch that controls the ability to use the windows if it is unpluged or has a short in the wiring then the windows won't work (its the red switch in the pic)
