My window wipers switch i think is screwed but i am not sure if thats it. it only works on high and when u stop them they stop where ever they are when u turn them off could be the middle of the widow.. anyone know what this could be i figue the switch but not sure.

I'd check the wiper relay (ICU) on the back of the fuse box as the park signal is from the relay. Failing that the motor park signal may have failed in the motor. Check out the attachment it might help.
