Other than our local dealerships, are there any parts houses where I can order a replacement window reg for the driver-side on a 2000 DX ?? ... my son had a cable failure last weekend ... I've pulled the inner door panel and it looks like we'll have to farm this job out to either a glass shop or a dealer, since I can't find the part online. Everything online comes up 'power'.

 

You can call local junk yards and see what they've got but when I was looking around the dealership was the only place I could find it. Plus if you've got a unit failure it's best to buy and entire new assembly over a used one due to the age and wear of the parts on a new unit will be non exsistant were as a used unit could go at anytime. When I purchased mine the end cost was around 75 bucks, but when I was looking online the powered units were more and the used manual units (on ebay) were going for alot more as well.
