What is the trick to removing the guage cluster trim pieces on a 95 DX
I want to replace the guage cluster along with the climate control and stereo on my sons 95 DX. What is the trick to removing the plastic trim, besides the 2 screws at the top, to get to the guage cluster? Also removal of the trim piece to access the radio and climate control? I do not want to pry and break something so I thought I would ask for some help. Thanks

^I did that on a truck today, and now im screwed big time cause the part i broke in discontinued and i gotta pay $25 for a $10 part from a junkyard. Anyway, for the climate control there are two screws that are on the bottom of the top part of the climate control unit. A stubby screw driver comes in handy for this job. I've done it before, its a pain in the ***. The cable for the climate control is suppose to go through the glove box. And it really helps to remember the path the wire is suppose to take. I just ripped the damn thing out and i had no idea how that cable went, i spent a lot of time tryin to figure it out. Get a service manual, it really helps.

There is a screw behind either the hazard switch or the clock!!!!!
Make sure you get that one. There is only one but I cant recall which one it is behind. Im pretty sure its the hazard switch.
