The important ACG (S) fuse (#24) protects the ignition switch circuit that supplies battery power to the main relay, which in turn supplies battery power to the fuel pump.
You probably only need to worry if the fuse blows every time you insert a new one.

Clarification:
My original answer to the question was an oversimplification. Fuse 24 actually protects multiple different circuits, all of which are shown in the diagram below. The intent of my original answer was to relate a blown ACG (S) fuse to a no-start condition, which would be caused by a lack of power to the PGM-FI main relay.

also this occurred after catalytic converter got stolen
