Take a good look at this and your ECU and tell me if what is in these instructions looks like it has been done to your ECU.

I kinda have a hunch that the ECU is a VTEC-converted P75

i was pretty close on the first page
i left out for vtec in the chipped part

converting to VTEC isn't as simple as adding a chip. Read the instructions in the link I posted, there's quite a bit of soldering involved.

and i didnt really know the difference before i just figured they could add VTEC by chipping it

edit: and trust for some reason i can't see the link to your project thread in your sig its just an x

sooo to check my CEL i do put the blue and orange wire together correct? because here a pinout and the blue wire is D4 and the Oj wire is d21

yea and i can see it now

edit: OP i think that sounds right maybe someone with an OBD1 car can check for you
