Default weird elecrtical problem

hey guys, got a really weird electrical problem, i was installing cai yesterday and once i was done i noticed this problem:
when i turn the right blinker on the right corner light flashes with the right blinker and then after a few blinks radiator fans kick in and the blinker and corner light stop flashing and just stay on but they are really dull and not at the proper brighness level, the flasher indicator on the dash is also on but really really dull. i have to turn the engine off and wait until the fans relay clicks off (really lound) and then the lights go off as well. there is another way to reproduce it, i just let the engine idle until the fans kick in and then the right blinker and the right front corner light come on and stay on while the fans are on. the only wires that i disconnected were the ground wires on the right side unde the bumper, there were bunch of them all connected to one bolt, i replaced the bolt with the bolt supplied with the intake kit, do you guys think that loose ground wires can be causing this or there is a shortage somewhere else and it involves the positive wires?

forgot to mention that when i turn the right blinker on the rpm seem to drop a little bit, and it is going on like this while the blinker is on, could this also be due to the loose ground or there is a shortage?
left blinker is fine

What do you mean a loose ground? Didn't you say you replaced the ground lug? Didn't you tighten it? One way to find out is put the right bolt back on. Oh and yes that does sound like a grounding issue.

I don't know if this is a ground issue. I'm curious to know what he would find.

it was a ground cable issue, i removed the bolt, put few washers on it and now everything is back to normal, took me 2 hours to take the bumper out, take care of the cables and put it back together

yeah, it sounded like a grounding issue to me. Glad you figured it out.
