Default Water Leak

So water leaks in my 95 hatchback and it causes all the windows to freeze on the inside.
I have seen the water dripping down the Passenger side seatbelt for the back seat right where the seatbelt comes out of the rear interior quarter panel. Does anyone know how to go about fixing this?
My tail light on this side also gets water on the inside. I can take it out and just clear silicone the seal around it and I think that will work.
Any suggestions on how to fix my leak?

I have the same problem on my 92 hatch but around the rear seat belt on the passenger side. If you have a sunroof you can check the drain tubes. This means you have to remove the headliners and interior trim.
