Default Urgent please help

I feel like i have been fooled by my dealer. Can anybody with unlimited access to carfax reports be nice and help me get a report on mine - my vin number is 1HGEM22592L001939 - and my email id is ixaara@live.com
I also have problems with this car - My accelerator makes grinding noises now and then while driving , and my brakes wont stop screeching - i got the car 3 weeks ago , but i havent dne an oil change yet - do you think thats the reason.?

was there any kind of warranty? you might consider speaking with the sales manager and complain since the car appears to be in bad shape. Doing an oil change will not correct your grinding noises and your brakes. they appear to be separate issues.

Only when you push the brake pedal, right?
If so, they're suppose to do that, because your pads are probably worn almost all the way down. Most brake pads have a metal tab that will rub the rotor when the pads get low, creating a screeching noise during braking. This is to alert you that you need new pads.

Unrelated... but it wouldn't hurt. First thing I do when I get a used car is change the oil. I highly advise doing so, so that you know where you stand and when you will need to change it next.

Also check the bracket on the calipers... When those fall off and are broken, they make noise while driving. A VERY annoying noise.
