Troubleshoot ECU; 1992 Civic DX turns over, won't start, no error codes
#11
So, if I return my main relay to stock and still get the same steady on CEL with the service connector that would at least suggest (sound like) a bad ecu?
I'll give that a try along with the distributor and ignition coil checks.
Thanks for all of your help - any other comments/suggestions welcome as well.

Steady on CEL with the test jumper installed is normal. The system is OK. It means there are no codes stored. Most of these crank but no start situations do not set a code.
Steady on CEL with the test jumper not installed is a problem.
