Default TRANNY REBUILT, PROBLEMS AGAIN...

i took my car to a highly recommended place where i live and i got the tranny fully rebuilt and a sport clutch installed. new synchros, sliders, gears, etc... My initial problem was it was grinding 3rd, 4th, and sometimes 5th gear. i got it back about a week and a half ago and all was fine until i was on my way home from work a few nights ago and it grinding going into 4th gear. i was about to pull in to my neighborhood, but i turned around and got back on the road to see if it was really doing that or i just simply didnt push the clutch in all the way or pulled it out to quick, etc. but sure enough it was grinding 4th gear. i took it back there to the tranny shop and the guy drove it and it didnt grind. i drove it after him and it didnt grind for me either. BUT now it grinds again. its just the nightmare from hell [:@] lol. could this just be normal break-in wear and tear? or that maybe it only grinds when its not warmed up enough and hasnt gotten to fully circulate fluid? i really dont know...i just hope its not another synchro or gear. (i havent been driving the car hard at all since i got it back because im trying to sell it)
Please Help!..Thanks.

It shouldn't grind at all.

yeah i dropped it off back at the shop this morning. i have a 6 month warranty the work done. so i should have the car back tomorrow or the next day.

let me ask everyone here a question...they told me that i have a 6 month warranty NOT INCLUDING broken parts....is that really righteous or are they just saying that cause they think im gonna drive the crap out of it cause it "looks like something out of the fast and the furious"?
my point is if it was a car that looked stock or whatever and i was some old man do you think they would say the same thing to him??? 'cause i dont care if the shift fork snaps in half within 6 months, those MFs are fixing it for free.

I'm an old man,....and they'd have told me the same thing. Most places will warrantee parts and labor, but if it looks like the transmission could be used for something other than what it was designed for, they're not going to warrantee the parts.

Assuming that if, as you say; your car looks like something out of Fast and Furious, they probably figure it's not exactly being driven as intended by Honda.

As for the transmission problem, it sounds like they checked out the synchros and figured the one that ended up giving you trouble looked ok and didn't replace it.
