Can anyone please tell me the difference between the s40 and the s20 transmissions? I cant find enough info online. SOOO frustrated!!!

 

I found it. s20 tranny is for 92-95 civics. 92-95 cx and dx is p20\a0000. 92-95 ex and si is p20\b0000. The s40 tranny is for 96-00 ex tranny which i have heard is a better tranny and is by the way inter-changeable with 92-95 civics. I bought a d16z6 with a s40 tranny and just wanted to know. So there it is for all the people who couldn't answer my question. Not even me. LOL!
