Officially according to Honda, the TPS is part of the throttle body and not to be replaced separately. It is calibrated at the factory and attached with screws that break away so they can't be readily unscrewed. You need to take the throttle body off of the car and drill out the screws or cut slots in the heads and unscrew them. Then replace with regular screws.

The sensor needs to be calibrated to the throttle body as well. Plug it in to the car harness and turn the key on but don't start. Measure the voltage from the center wire to ground. It should be 0.4 volts with the throttle plate fully closed. Loosen the screws and rotate the sensor to achieve that. Check that the voltage increases smoothly to about 4.5 volts as you move the throttle wide open. Do not re-adjust for wide open voltage though.
