Default sticky accelerator

when taking off or switching gears, my accelerator is a lil sticky trying to push it down. I tweaked the hex nut on side of the throttle body until the RPM's reached about 900. It was fine, now it starting to stick slightly but I don't want to go too high on the RPM's because it will make it hard to shift or get in gear. Anyone else had this problem that can help??

will post pics soon

take the breather off and dip your finger in oil ... open the throttle body flap and wipe the inside with oil.... it works

I did and it worked, ( SO FAR ). But after approx 15 miles the CEL came on and it started running rich at about 1800 rpm's, even after I tried to idle it down. I may need to go ahead and change my cat/manifold with some new 02 sensors

Yep, last time I brought it to autozone, it was something about the cat converter. Now the CEL goes on & off at random, sometimes a week or more, then the idle will change on it's own. I changed the 1st 02 sensor the 1st time the cel went off.
