steering wheel wobble

Default steering wheel wobble

so i just got brand new tires put on the rims i just got. had maybe like 2 miles on the tires total. they were mounted and balanced at a dealership but i have a wobble in my steering wheel. now it didnt do it the 10 mins earlier with my old set of rims and tires...im thinking maybe they just didnt balance them right? any other possible thoughts?

It's possible that they weren't balanced right. It's also possible that your alignment is off, and that the old set was worn in such a way that the wobble wasn't noticeable.

Wobbling when you roll at slow speed on a flat surface means you have a tire that is not round. Balance issues will only be apparent at speed. Check the inflation pressure first. Just like an oil change, don't assume the garage put the right amount in.
