Default squeaks and creaks

Over the past 6 months this has gotten progressively worse, it only used to squeak and creak when I turned into my driveway or over a lot of rough road but now every little bump makes my civic squeak and creak - sounds like an old horse wagon and it comes from all corners.

When I push down on the front and rear of the car it does not reproduce, steering to the left and right stationary does not reproduce, which is why I am thinking more control arm then strut? And if so, replacing control arm bushings on all my control arms is not something I look forward to doing at all - so I'm kinda at a crossroads here...this is my beater, having a shop do that would probably cost a lot of $$$ but doing it myself would probably take a long long time, especially getting those old bushings out on every...single...control arm.

After all the car does have 276,000 on it now, last 30K have been with tein h tech drop and kyb struts, properly aligned. Any ideas? Just let it be? Fix it? thanks

Don't guess. Put the car on stands, crawl underneath, inspect bushings and ball joints, and check suspension components for excess free play.
