Default speedo not working, already replaced sensor

ive got a 92 cx with a broken speedo. I replaced the speed sensor which did not work. its probably the cluster that need needs replacing but i would rather try to fix this one, as its accurate kms. Can i just replace the speedor needle? if so where can i find one? ive checked ebay.

if i cant replace just the needle will any 92-95 cluster work? i dont have a tach, will the ones with a tach work? thanks!

Just a thought: The Table in the picture suggests other possible causes for a speedometer not working. For example, if the odometer and trip meter also don't work, the problem could be a blown fuse or bad ground.

Any gauge cluster for the 92-95 civic is plug-n-play WITHOUT modifications. Meaning, if you find one with a tach, the tach WILL work. Cool hey?

Your speedometer itself is most likely broken. Check if the odometer still works. If that is the case, then it's the speedo.

the speedo does some crazy things..sometimes its kinda accurate then sometimes it will go really high, like 240km. its all over the place. will check to see if the odometer works. thanks!

all 92-95 clusters will work perfectly. now if ur worried about the correct miles on the odometer.if u change it. you can flip the numbers back by being very carful and use a razorblade or pocket knife and pop the clear cover off the cluster and just flip digits to what u want. and reglue it back together and put it in your car.while its off u can also spray paint the benzel and make a nice modification
