Seat Swap

If I were to get a seat with a five point harness, wheredo the harness's mount to and does the seat bassically "bolt" on to the sliding rail thing? Thanks.

when i was off road racing our harnesses went to the roll cage for the shoulders, and either the floor or the seat for the lap, depends and manufacturer and preference, the crotch goes to the seat
