Looking for some help
I have a 1996 LX Civic that won’t pass inspection due to a rusty fuel and brake line bundle that goes down the underside of the car. There are 5 lines total 3 fuel and 2 brake all in a plastic harness. I checked with the dealer and they want over $1000 for the set!!! I was able to find them cheaper online but it was still over $400. Does any one know of a place to get them at a good price?? Thanks for the help JB

 

well you can always check junk yards....
OR just replace them yourself.....

if they are hard lines you should be able to cut the lines and replace the rusted sections with new.... tho if ya do check with the inspection place and be sure that will alow ya to pass before ya buy anything or do anywork!
if not youll have to buy the new lines or have some bent up for ya to replace those sections....

 

may not be the best solution, but as a temporary one, if the rust isnt too heavey, wire brush the heck out of it, and then spray paint it with that rust tough stuff
