Default Rumble plzzz help

Hey guys i'm really worried my 96 civic has started to make a weird rumble noise when ever i rev the engine, Ive checked the oil and water there fine theres no goo around the oil cap so the head seems good, the noise seems to be coming from the two belts to the right of the engine is my alternator going.

Andrew.

p.s. ive checked the exshaut and its still attached :-).

Could be your timing belt, tensioner, or water pump. Those are under the plastic cover right next to the alternator belt. Take the alternator and A/C belts off and run the engine and see if the noise is still there. If you have timing belt related noise, fix it immediately because when the belt breaks it will probably ruin your engine.
