Regular Maintenance
I just turned over 116k and basically the only car care is an oil change every 5k and tires rotated. My question is what do I need to have replaced. I have been told timing belt. Is this true. Is there anything else that needs to be changed? I was thinking of paying a little extra cash and take it to the Honda Dealership because I just moved and don't know the reputations of the Mechanics in the area. Any suggestions would help.

T-belt and tensioner should be done ASAP as well as water pump. Other than that, it is mainly "normal" things. Air filter, spark plugs & wires, possibly VC gasket (if leaking)/fuel filter/distributor cap/rotor/O-ring/cam seal/oil pan gasket/T-stat (honestly, if you are not having problems with the current Tstat, I wouldn't worry about it)
Edit: Oil change, trans fluid change, coolant flush and re-fill
