Question Radiator...

Yeah so my 93 Civic is leaking radiator fluid from the radiator....
at the bottom around the radiator i can see all the fluid its leaking.
but its wierd its never overheated. the temp needle has never gone past the middle mark. either way i still i should get a new radiator, at summit racing they sell this one.... http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PLI-432352 but i was wondering if theres a cheaper place to get em? or is that a good choice for a radiator?
Thanks!

my mechanic said that the ones they sell at advanced auto parts are pretty good. they come with LLT warranty, and that he hasnt had an issue with one. its a little more then the one you posted, but if something goes wrong with it, you dont have to worry about shipping the old one out to summit racing.

The CXRacing radiators on eBay are surprisingly good.

But you have an automatic, so that won't work.

The one from advance auto parts is the same one I bought to replace the broken radiator on my old Civic. It was a nice stock replacement, I would recommend it.

Which one are you talking about? The radiator for my old Civic, or the one on my del Sol?

He probably means the one in your old civic. And if you do buy it from AAP, make sure the transmission spouts that are on the radiator are tight. I just put one in my brotherd accord, and they didn't come tightened already. They just need alittle tightening.

I use AAP, for my personal stuff and for the ambulance service i contract to. nevery had a problem with one of their radiators 200k miles later on two different cars. just remember to install yor drain plug and dont force it, they are decent parts, but they dont like to be frced.

Autozone sells Ready Rad, it would be the exact same one you get from Summit. I think Advance has that brand also.
