I just put a new speedo sensor in my car (93 Civic EX)to correct the constant prob I always had of where it would read 5 mph over all the time. When you all go 70 mph in your cars, what does the tach usually say? 65? Mine now says that I am going around 2500 RPMs at 65 and between 2500-3000 RPMs at 70. I am only asking to see if my speedo is finally right or still off. Just to let you all know, I do have the correct tire size for the EX installed and I have also replaced the cluster a while back to see if that was the problem, but evidently wasnt...LOL. Any input would be great as always!!

 

That sounds about right to me, I have a 93 ex as well. I think at 75-80 it's at 3000 too. It works!

 

THANK GOD its finally fixed!!! I have been dealing with this fora while so its nice to finally be right. I still find myself going 75 down the interstate cause I am used to it being over. Any more input from anyone??
