I have a 97 civic i have put projector headlights in it and the parking lights blew the fuse i wired the parking lights threw the old parking lights and am not sure what the problem is any suggestions?

 

disconnect wires going into newly installed parking lights.
install new fuse.
turn on the switch for parking lights.
check the fuse.
if the fuse is till ok, connect one parking light wire at a time. till you have blown fuse.
now you know which circuit is blowing the fuse.
make correction on wiring till you have working parking lights.

or, if you have multimeter and basic knowledge, perform troubleshooting straight away.

and this is my best suggestion.
