help! i installed my HID kit in my 2001 honda civic and my dashboard highbeam indicator will not turn off i originally installed it without the relay could that be the problem? i used the factory setup please let me know what the problem could be..............and two birds with one stone i also have a problem with the back of the car making a clicking sound when i am driving it clicks louder as i go faster and if i put the e brake up when i am driving it stops clicking any ideas please help

 

I think that model has a somewhat unusual circuit where the high / low switch switches the ground side of the bulbs instead of the live side. You can't use a plug and play set intended for the conventional system where the live side is switched.

As for the clicking sound, jack up one side at a time and turn the wheel by hand to see if you can replicate it. If so, take the wheel off and find out exactly what it is.

 

tried to replicate the problem but was unable to locate it as of yet any other ideas of ways to find it please let me know
