I cleaned the little screen, and now the idle surges up and down immediately after starting the car....PLEASE HELP ME!!

Yea, you more than likely didnt attach a vacuum hose, or the gasket is off........Thats why the idle is surging.

I let it dry all night, it did it this morning and this afternoon leaving work....I am gonna pull the whole thing off and clean the nipples that the vaccum lines go to..... and see if that does the trick
