Default problem with cluster magnets

hey my rev gauge and temp gauge seems to be stuffin up...my rev gauge is stuck at 2 all the time and my heat gauge is always on red even though the car is cold..just wanted to know how to adjust them seeing that its magnet, i have no clue...any suggestions will be appreciated thanks

what model and what year.
sounds like a bad temp guage. does it have any movement at all.
never heard of any adjustment - think you have to replace it.
