Default primer for the plastic bumpers whats best?

Self Etching Primer OR Epoxy Primer what is best for bumpers and the car? OR OTHER....

im defiantly gonna be keeping my 96dx and painting it this winter... im not really worried about primering the metal parts. tho i will use some High Build Urethane Primer w Activator Gray
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/5-Sta...mZ320227990266
because it has small dents and some small hail damage all over so i know im gonna have some thin bondo all around the top areas and some dings on the sides so want plenty of sanding time to block out most the imperfections.

but im really concerned about what to use on my new front bumper. i dont want the primer to just peel off when i get my first car wash like it did with the rattle can primer
i got no problem with metal parts but the plastic flexing and poping off would be a PITA for even the smallest flake off when im done!
i also gotta paint all the trim pieces as well on the sides.
its all ready poped off the bumper cover and the previous owners painted trim also sucks and alot of it poping off!

I DEFINATLY DONT WANT THAT!!!!! after all the work i dont want anything to be bad!

this is the paint that im gonna buy. paint and clear from this ebay seller.
gunmetal hopefully will look really nice when all is painted! i just gotta buy a heater or something to heat up the small garage for when i do all my painting as the shop will be full of cars out there. id have to covering up everything would be a PITA.

Just make sure that your new paint (for the base coat and clearcoat), have 'flex-additive'. This will prevent spider cracking when flexed. Most newer paints include this, but some don't so make sure first.

Go to a auto paint store, they will have the stuff you need. They also carry some primer that will help stick to nonmetal surfaces.

ya i was trying to stay away from them as much as posible so i can get cheaper paint. they charge alot for paint. estimated like 200-300bucks just for the paint, and another 100-150 for the clear coat.
i sure hope they dont try and over charge for the primer!
