yes your cars generation is 96-00 96-98 is obd2a on the wiring and 99-00 is obd2b on the wiring. but it will fit perfectly and be way less of a headache

its funny. you talk to me like I know nothing about imports. acura is a honda , diffrent types of generations. I know a little more than you think. Its just that when it came to my rotors nobody has ever been able to give me a straight answer. just to let you know I dont have an obd2 any more I installed a v-tec head with a p28 ECU. that is already coated and treated with most of my internals upgraded. ready for forced induction, but I dont want to turbo it with you upgrading my breaks. their is no point in speed if i cant stop it, yea know...

Look for two small tapped holes in the rotor, they will be between the wheel studs like the two flathead screws but 90 degrees rotated. If you have the tapped holes you can put two M8 bolts in them and tighten alternately to force the rotor off.

If you want bigger brakes you can put 96-00 EX or 99-00 Si knuckles on your car.
The EX/Si setup is larger rotors, calipers, and pads.

As for the rotor problem you are having all you have to do is screw in 10MM bolts into the threaded holes in the rotor (the black circles in the pic). Screw each bolt in two turns at a time until the rotor comes off.
