power window quick question

ok i found the problem with passenger window (bad ground). Now i'm at the last step to this nightmare, I got my power windows working both driver and passenger. but the master switch on the driver door won't operate the passenger window. could this just be a bad switch or is it something else

Yes, sounds like a problem with the master switch. Here's how to test:

I have a 2dr isn't it a different connection on that master switch or can i use that same test as above

I would think that the R. front test is the same.

I looked at the connection and its different from the 4dr. I don't have all those pins and the connector is shaped differently and i can't tell which pin is A, B, C, OR D or any of the pins
