Is it possible to replace the pulley and not the whole pump? Mine doesn't make any noise but the pulley has a chunk outa her and she wobbles when running. I fear something breaking apart while driving and causing damage.

it appears that on my 98 civic you can purchase the pulley separately, it's part #56483-P2A-003 and costs roughly $15+ but if it is wobbling, you need to make sure that the bearing or the shaft is not bent. If those parts are bent, it looks like you can purchase them separately as well. Take a look at the PS Pump-bracket section for your year at hondaautomotiveparts.com and you'll see the graphic.
