Default Please Help!

So the alternator on my 05 Civic went bad. Two weeks ago I had it replaced with one purchased at Pep Boys (I know now all about the dangers of buying them at these types of chain stores, but it's a little late for that). Everything has been fine and my car starts up, no dimming lights, all of that good stuff. I've driven distances up to 50 from and back to my house in single trips and safely returned. But lately my battery light has been randomly blinking. I can barely catch it when it does. I have had the battery tested, the connections to the battery, the wires from the battery to the alternator...I just don't understand what could be causing this light to keep blinking!

Any suggestions?

The belt may be slipping, idle speed is too low, or your "new" alternator is going bad again.
