Arrow Painting Issue~!

Hey guys, i'm planning on painting my stock steelies black (just want a darker coat. its fading)
but i'd just like to know what store i should get the paint from and what type of paint is best for rims.

Also, i'm not removing the tires so if there is a good video DIY or written DIY that be great, thanks guys.

be careful brah black shows defects, white hides them but shows those space lines ( the dark gaps between peaces ? ) Prep the thing carefullly, i'd try take a wheel off and paint, not do it when its on the car, it might drip?

you can buy a deck of cards and stick them inbetween the tire and rim so you dont paint your tires, but wash them real good.

And the forum monkeys speak... Use implement paint. Is a this oil based paint that comes out glossy. you can get it at home depot but you have to use acetone to thin it. and with a normal automotive paint gun with a tip smalller than 2mm, it will clogg easily, plus reguardless of what color you get, it works really well in hiding flaws.
