if the exhaust bolts are very rusted, i'd measure the current ones on there and buy a couple new ones just incase u break them(i've done it before). just remove the exhaust manifold, the engine brackets, may have to remove the clutch case cover on the transmission(real easy), and remove all the little nuts and bolts from the oil pan. i strongly suggest using a rubber mallet and tap the oil pan off. prying it off can damage the mating surface on the pan/block and increase the chance of a leak. along with the new oil pan gasket, i'd suggest applying some gasket sealer all around the outer edge of the oil pan to reduce the risk of leakage.
