Oil leak
i have oil spraying from somewhere in my engine bay and its going into my turbo. im sure this cant be healthy for my turbo and def. not for my engine. Im not sure if its a blown head gasket it doesnt smoke while the car is idling or running but after some time the pressure builds up and oil starts spraying. any suggestions or help would be appreciated

First, do you have an oil restrictor? They keep the oil pressure from getting so high that it blows the turbo seals. If so, adjust it. If not, get one.
Second, you'll have to replace the seals. Either take the turbo to a shop and have it rebuilt or rebuild it yourself. Some turbos aren't too hard to rebuild.
