Tony (Forty04) did an OBD2 - OBD1 conversion in a 99, and like he said, seriously, the dizzy isn't necesarry. I've never heard of that and theres quite a few people on here that have turboed/converted to OBD1

pretty sure flip is correct. Im planning on doing this and didnt think the dizzy was neccesary

thanks,well im doing 99 integra obd2 try put in to 93 civic si obd1.i have alternator and p28 ecu.da only thing it really get me is da distributor i have bd2 n obd1,can i switchda plug same color coding.but i dont know if same color coding going to ecu.
I dont think that p28 is the proper ECU for your application.

I dont think that p28 is the proper ECU for your application.
if its got a basemap does it really matter Tony?

okay guys,can i use my clutch kitfrom my b16(cable tranny)n put in 2 ls motor(99 integra)[:-]

think thats a better suited question for Tranny/Differential

usually if its not in the same series (B series) it wont be interchangable

you guys are probably right about the dizzy. i just know that mine needed changed becaus ei put a d16 z6 in a 96 ex. the dizzy was different from the d16z6 to y8 that is the only reason i said that. good luck on the swap sorry for the headache. it must have only been for the y8 to z6 swap. and a good place to pick up a conversion harness is www.xenocron.com this guy has a lot of good stuff

wut does dizzzy means? distributor? i dont know if my car had a d18y8 engine before but my car is a 96 LX so im assuming yeah? so my hardness is a d18y8 and my distributor is a d18y8 part obd2 so i gotta change it or... change the plug and match the color?
