Default O2 sensor....Stuck!

My 126k old O2 sensor won't seem to budge on my 95 EX. I bought a removal tool, but it seems to be "separating" when I put torgue on it and I don't want to round off the old sensor.
Any ideas?

if i remember correctly, those tools are a little loose.
need to determine the exact socket using the new one that you have (if you have).
have to cut the wires - which is a gamble though, to get a socket on it.
might want to read this:

Where did you get the socket? I've tried 3 deep wells and none will reach....

i just had one that was deep enough. Maybe try a regular wrench? Just use the closed side and give it a few whacks with a hammer?

have you tried starting the car and letting in run for about 30 seconds, then shutting down and try to remove it?
